Used Brooks Saddle on Vintage Bike - Cracked - Worth it?

Hello Fellow Bikers,

I'm looking to buy a fixer-upper bike on craigslist, and I stumbled upon this JC Higgins with an old Brooks saddle.

I think the frame will be too small for me, but I might take parts and put them on an old 70s Schwinn I have.

Is the saddle worth buying the bike for? Asking price is $80.

Any advice is much appreciated.
