Buster's Sprint Training

In the midst of a ride today with my brother, we discovered a rather ingenious way of sprint training.

Buster the Doberman :).

Halfway down Orston Lane out the east side of Nottingham I heard a woman shouting Buster over and over. I looked over in that direction to see Buster charging right at us and didn't let up for a good half mile. My legs have never pedalled so fast and doubtful they ever will again. It's also the first time I've out sprinted my brother who for some reason found it hilarious.

I reckon this must be Cav's secret to being a sprint beast.

Serious note, had it been a family with kids, no way they would of out run good ol' Buster.

I would have stopped unless he had his teeth out. Dobermanns usually are just interested in a jolly game. Still, at least you have a mental picture to draw on next time you need to outsprint someone!

I didn't fancy stopping to find out really.
