Paint repair on carbon bike frame - north east

Gutted, paint on my top tube has been damaged by a bike carrier.
The lacquer has come on and the paint worn down to the carbon.( don't think the frame is damaged)
Does anyone know anybody or have any experience in the Newcastle or north east who do a professional touch up repair service ?

It's only a very small area, less than 1 square inch when including the lacquer.
On reflection I may just cover it with a sticker but would be curious to know how much to expect for it to be touched up and flashed in0
