Specialized Bottom Bracket Upgrade Options

I have a 2008 Specialized Hardrock Comp.
(Specs are here: http://www.specialized.com/ie/gb/bikes/archive/2008/hardrock/hardrockcompdisc#specs)
I destroyed the original bottom bracket bearings and now the replacements are beginning to creak. It has a Shimano BB-ES25, Octalink spline, cartridge bearing, 68 x 118mm bb. Are there any higher quality / more durable options besides a stock replacement BB-ES25? This is an inexpensive bike and I'd prefer not to have to replace the entire crankset but I guess I will if I have to.
Thanks!

ES50 series and ES70 series are higher quality bottom brackets, but you need the same size.0
