Getting a refund on event

HiI all.. I am having trouble getting a refund (as per there TOC) from SRS events. Has anyone else had similar issues. I have sent 3 emails and 2 FB messages (admin deleted them) over the last few weeks. I only had one response saying they would get in touch then nothing. I am getting very frustrated especially as I am being totally blanked.
Interested to know if anyone has had success getting a refund from them or should I just let my card company deal with it?
