    All 9 Astana riders were up on the podium after yesterday’s TTT stage. I suppose that is always the case after a TTT but I wondered if Iglinsky might have felt a little sheepish about being honoured, because he came in at 4-16 behind Nibali & co. Only 7 other riders were dropped by their teams by a greater margin and they now constitute the bottom 7 in the GC standings.
