GPX / TCX Help Please - Hertfordshire 100

Hi,

I am doing this ride http://www.sportiveuk.co.uk/gpxtcx/ tomorrow but having real difficulty uploading the GPX or TCX files to my Garmin Edge 800.

The site provides these files: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id= ... sp=sharing

which save to a google drive (which i have never used before) I have manages to save it to my own documents and then when uploading to Garmin Connect, it says there is no data in the file to upload.

Can anyone help me out here or has anyone already uploaded to Garmin that they can share with me please?

I thought this was last week ! Anyway I just downloaded it and opened it on mapsource but it's a track rather than a route. All you need to do is upload the file to your edge, that's all.
