where next?

Finally back on the bike after a 10 month layoff due to a very painfull wipeout, hooray! Im not quite ready for the gnarly stuff yet though so heres my question, My son and I have riden Hadrians wall and the South downs way, camping all the way but where to go next? any suggestions for a similar sort of ride although yes I know that they are not similar rides but both were a lot of fun and do able in 3 days .....
