How far do you ride

before seeing your first discarded Macdonalds carton?

In my case if I'm lucky, about 1 mile before the first layby which usually has a splendid collection, if not so lucky I will spot one lodged in the hedge before getting to the layby.

Miles...no Golden Arches near me, which mostly is a good thing, but a pain when I need Big Mac hangover cure...

Mercifully none as pretty countrified here but seeing quite a few discarded costa coffee cups these days ...
  • If I take a left out of my house, then I can quite often see a MacDonalds carton along the cycle path. Quite surprising really as the cycle path is not even open yet as far down as the MacDonalds.....

Costa Coffee really are taking over as the new "middle class" version of MacDonalds as far as rubbish goes.

I live on the edge of London so usually a couple of miles before the I catch sight of the discarded 'Golden arches crap' but in that time I go past 2 Costa outlets so often see many cups alongside the road for most of my route... which ever way I go. Terrible way to behave really.
A bicycle ride is a flight from sadness.

not much in the way of McDonald's wrappers here but i can't go more than a couple of miles or so before an empty energy gel packet or something similar rears its ugly head!

And also an odd shoe!! always just one! how do you lose one shoe?

If I had my way, beside every discarded MacDonald's wrapper would be a dead body courtesy of my team of 'special snipers'. I petitioned David Cameron, but he wasn't interested.

I don't generally see to much rubbish as I don't cycle through town when I go out luckily.

It makes no difference here - my closest McD's is over 15miles away, but we still have McD's rubbish lying around in the verges :(
