Hi all, I have puta post up in Wanted for a new wheel, but I'll ask in the interim how to repair my wheel...

I have a pair of wheels, standard 24seven ones. the rear hub sprocket is slipping a lot.
I have no experience with these hubs, so any pointers as to what it may be would be awesome...

Having taken the axle out, there appears to be:
The sprocket body,
a locking cone nut
a tubular washer within the sprocket.
and obviously the axle.

on the sprocket there are 3 teeth which are retained by a spring clip, i have taken these out, cleaned and put them back, but the problem is still prevailant.

Please help as the little bike is brilliant apart from this.

Cheers,

Ben
If your'e good on two wheels , it doesn't matter how its powered...

  • It would appear they are a uk bike brand distributed via leisure bikes , must admit had not heard of them .I would contact leisure lakes or manufacturer direct . ( pics of bike and the problem area would help )
  • the hub / driver that is the issue....

has anyone a diagram of how a 'driver' type hub should be assembled????
