mercurio ra5 upgrades?

brought this bike off ebay for £56 to see how i get on with it



im looking to upgrade the brakes but im a little clueless

those are the brakes i want but not to sure if they will fit as this bike is old

and i also want to upgrade gears + wheels looking to run 9 speed or even 10 :shock: but not sure about it all
