SR Suntour DC 91 Forks

I was recently given an old Giant warp DS 200 and it has SR Suntour DC 91 Forks. Can anyone tell me what type of forks these are as they are constantly soft and no matter what i do they will not get stiffer.

Cheap coil and elastomer forks, you will need to replace the springs which may not be possible now.0
