To be fair, I see a lot of bicycles that meet that description too.

£14.50 spent on the train this morning. Think how much harribo you can buy with that.
Mind blown.0 -
I've been off the bike recently too. Take the train 2 stops to London Br and then walk 3 miles to Mayfair, it's actually been relatively pleasant, I generally get a seat on the train, it's not a Tube so you can see outside and air flows in through the windows (if there isn't air con) and it's only a 10 min train journey anyway, followed by a 45 min walk along the Thames. I miss cycling and I resent having to pay to get to work but the walk part is quite nice, I can let my mind wander as I stroll in the sun, something you just can't do on the bike as you just have to stay focused on the traffic at all times...Do not write below this line. That's so true... I find myself constantly worried about the traffic:

Yes, unfortunately London roads never look like that! Some mornings I actually quite enjoy the dash throught the traffic and other cyclists etc...Do not write below this line. Office use only.0 -
What staggers me is no one advertises bikes on PT, surely it's the world's easierst sell.
The closest i've seen is a subiton cycles add on the back of a bus, great placement even if just to wind up motorists! If I know you, and I like you, you can borrow my bike box for £30 a week. PM for details.0 -

I quite like the odd day on the train - opportunity to do a bit of quiet reading. (It's not the tube, mind.)0 -
