speedplay zero float adjuster quality

I just installed my Speedplay Zero Titanium pedals friday. They're a lot less difficult to clip into than I was led to believe. It took about 6 or 7 clip cycles before I got comfortable and not having to look down. It took a grand total of 30 minutes from start to finish(cleat alignment) before I was out on the road getting used to them. I already like them better than my Ultegra's. Much easier to clip out of. Installed cleats on DMT Radial 2's. My only concern(s) are the quality of the "float adjustment screw assembly." It seems the screws might migrate from their designated position over time. Has anybody encountered this issue? If so, what was the fix?

Good to know. So I assume you ride Pinarello's. Next spring I'll be buying a ROKH, unless someone convinces me otherwise to do the FP Due. My LBS has a Due and a Quattro, but the Quattro is a little more racing, a little less comfortable on long rides. I'm about 50/50 on comfort/performance. Any insights?
