Having lived and worked in both Cities I would say that Leicester is definitely more Richard III than York. :D

He spent a few centuries in Leicester, so I reckon he should stay there

  • I'm not bothered really, however don't his decendents want his remains re-patriating to York. Their wishes should be respected. His remains were in Leicester because that was where he fell in battle.

Richard of Leicester? Yeah why not. He's dead, he don't care.
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

He'll earn his keep better in Leicester. York is full of tourists already - it won't get many more just because Richard 3 is there. Leicester will.

York. Leicester is a right dump whereas York is very pretty.
