Will these tubes fit?

I have a Charge Mixer with some Continental tyres which have the size 28 x 1 1/4 x 1 3/4 written on them.
Went to Evans to get a spare inner tube as now it's raining, will start taking this to work. The closest tube I could get is this:
It states 28 x 1 5/8 x 1 1/4 which seems close enough but this say 700 x 32C next to it.
Any thoughts?

28 x 1 1/4 x 1 3/4 is 32-622 which is 700x32 according to Continental.
