FSA Gossamer w/ultegra 6700 BB

I read on roadbikereview.com that the Gossamer crankset is compatible with the 6700 BB. I took my crankset off this morning only to find that I physically can't see how the two work together. Can anyone shed light on this?

    I have an FSA Gossamer crankset and I have replaced the BB with a Shimano HT2. However my crankset had a MegaExo BB and that is compatible with HT2.
    It looks like your crankset is not MegaExo.

    Looks like a bb30 Gossamer. Definitely won't fit. Gossamers came in different fitments.

    Yes, your crankset is BB30 - only MegaExo version is compatible with HT2
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Just to clarify as I have a megaexo bb also, does any hollow tech 2 bb fit as there seems to be a few variations (some say MTB etc) so which is recommended for the road? Is there a specific model number I should be looking for for my boardman hybrid team?

    MTB For you IIRC. They're a tighter fit than the megaexo but are lovely once in.
