I am going to glentress/innerliethen 4 the first time-have been to all other stanes.Any advice on what bike/tyres are best for there-I have a rockhopper, trek carbon hardtail and trance full susser to choose from. Also any cure for persistent and painful cramp I keep getting in my left fingers while riding?

Depends entirely what trails you're planning to ride. Just the blue, the Trek for sure. Red and black depends on how you plan on riding it, Trance would be fun but so would the Trek. If you're planning on riding any of the DH or natural trails at Innerleithen I would definitely suggest the Trance. Just use whatever tyre's you're comfortable with, there's not any thick mud unless you're going off piste.

I would suggest trying some thicker grips, ODI Rouges are good, to help stop finger cramps. Ultimately though, the best way is to just strengthen them.

If your doing the black, definitely the full sus. If its the red and the blue you'll get away with one of the hardtails.

Same goes for the red at inners, a full sus makes it much more enjoyable.
