Stolen Cube Attention 2011 - Upgraded Stem, Shifters, cranks

Hello,
Had my Cube attention 2011 20" Blue and white stolen July this year!
Was stolen around roath area of cardiff, some colleagues chased them into splot area.
2 days before I upgraded the Stem, Put XT shifters, Shimano Deore crankset, slx cassette.
Got a picture of the guy steeling it... its been nearly 4 weeks, still awaiting police to collect cctv :-(
