Help! What head set to get?

Hi all, new to the forum so go easy haha, I have just bought a 2013 boardman ht comp mtb frame and I'm struggling to find a suitable headset I believe it's semi integrated? 1.1/8 steerer but I don't no ID of head tube as original bearing cups are still fitted?

Any help would be great, specific headsets maybe

Photo's would help, or knock the headset out and measure.

Or knock it out and take it to a shop?
Or take the frame to a shop if you're not confident.

The MTB Comp comes stock with FSA Headset No.11:

Thats is the direct replacement.
