Saddle height

Got my saddle height about an inch lower during my commute compared to my longer rides due to ease of stopping starting in traffic. Anybody know if this is wise to have 2 different seat heights in the long run? Commute 10 miles daily.

No issue, I run my commuter saddle higher than my MTB one.

As i can't put a foot down without getting off the saddle I run it at the same height I would on any road going bike!
