Press Fit BB on Frame, Shimano crankset?
Sussed out

Hi,
My current bike had a shimano ultegra bottom bracket with an english thread.
I'm buying a new frame with a press fit BB30. I've been told I need an adaptor to use my shimano hollowtech but can't work out which one.
Can I just buy a bb30 press fit BB, say sram etc and put that in or do I need a shimano press fit one. Or is is something else.
Cheers,
Ben

Need either a PF 30 BB and adaptors to take Shimano crankset, or an adaptor that does both functions
Best one I have found is the Praxis adaptor. Fits directly into the frame, works well, doesn't creak. Available at a number of stores or on ebay if you google it.
