Hi, I have a choice of either a 2012 carve pro or 2013 rockhopper pro. I'm not to up to date with frames and componants and so looking for some advice. I assume the carve is still a better grade mountain bike even thou it is a year older. Thanks

Of those two, the Carve, better just about everywhere, but most crucially better forks (by 2 levels).

Budget is I assume around £900?

Get the Carve, that's a good price for a good spec.
