Could anyone tell me if a traditional band-on (low-clamp) front mech is compatible with a frame that has a high direct mount thing on it?

I've been searching for ages and found nothing, so I apologise if this has been asked before.

Well, will it fit i.e. are there bottle cage bolts or suspension gubbins in the way.
  • Ahh I see, yes, the only issue is/was the fact that there's a HDM attached to the seat tube. Thanks :)
