Front mech compatibility

Could anyone tell me if a traditional band-on (low-clamp) front mech is compatible with a frame that has a high direct mount thing on it?
I've been searching for ages and found nothing, so I apologise if this has been asked before.

Well, will it fit i.e. are there bottle cage bolts or suspension gubbins in the way.0

High direct mount.......Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
