Where to stay? Col du Toumalet

Hi all,
Myself and a dozen to 18 colleagues will be riding the Tourmalet in October. We haven't yet booked any accommodation. Can anyone make any recommendations? A small hotel that we could occupy most if not all of would be perfect, ideally with cycling knowledgeable hosts who are happy to drive us around and offer advise on routes and local amenities etc.
Can anyone make a recommendation please?
