Indoor stacking bike racks?

Thinking of getting one of these and am wondering if anyone has experience of both of these models and can recommend one over the other (or recommend something else). They seem very similar.

Very similar, much cheaper, but plenty robust enough for road bikes.

I have the topeak dual touch, its solid and you can see why many shops use it BUT at that price, give the multiflex a whirl and report back...
