Got home to find my new TMARS post waiting for me last night. Fitted it all up and trimmed the cable to length etc. All working nicely, but the lever on the bars has to be about the most rubbish looking and feeling solution ever. Has anyone replaced their lever with another mechanism to pull the cable? if so what did you use?

I think someone on here (possibly Supersonic) used a friction thumb gearshifter to operate the lockout on his forks so it might be possible to do the same for a post.Fig rolls: proof that god loves cyclists and that she wants us to do another lap0

It seems like (from a few pics) the lever is identical to that used on the gravity dropper turbo, which with a larger amount of users has a bit more discussion on possibilities across the web.
Quite like the idea of an old bling shifter with all the indexing gubbins taken out.0
