Measured the seat post I have in now, and its coming up as 29.9mm (measured using micrometer) does anyone know where I could get a new one? As its looking a little tired and slipping regular, was hoping to get a nice blue one but being an odd ball size I cant see that happening, I had the ragley on in mind....

Iron Horse Warrior 3.0 from about 2007 I think...0

So it's a 30mm seatpost then.....0

Both my Triban 3 and Rockrider 8.1 are marked up 29.8 not sure if the .1 makes much difference ??0

what is your measuring tolerance? 30mm is a more common size, although not that common these days.
You could also use a more common 27.2mm seatpost and shim it up. Superstar sell a variety of shims for a good price. Also USE have plastic shims in many more sizes for a couple quid more, available from Chain reaction cycles.0 -
my cove stiffee had a 30mm seatpost and there was only a few available, FUNN I went for in the end0

Think what im gonna do, is when I get to work tomorrow, ill get a ball micrometer out and measure in a few plaves down the seat tube.. just not certain that a 30mm will fit but I suppose its 0.05mm per side more, guess its nothing a big hammer cant sort0

Also little question, what side seat clamp do you think it will be as im hoping to replace that with a new one in a short while.. and i have no idea!!0
