After 18 months of ongoing rehab, exercises, and all kinds of other treatments including snake oil, it is painfully clear my shed had far more bikes than I am likely to be able to make any serious use of for a long while yet. I'm still unable to manage much more than an hour at a time on anything, and that has to be done at, ahem, sedate pace. With stops. Lots of them.

So, 2 gone. That leaves 4: two roadies, a single speed and an MTB. Might even get rid of a third one, although not sure I can face the goodbye...

Selling bikes sucks.
