Brake 'bracket' probs

The head of the allen bolt that secures the little bracket holding the brake hose to the front fork has sheared off. I can't get a grip on whats left with pliers or mole grips. Any ideas?

which one? which fork? there are more than one small allen bolt holding hoses in place on forks.
