Gloves for big hands

Any recommendations? I'm a size 10, so XXL in most brands, and since this poncy "aero" thing of elasticated cuffs rather than velcro came in, fewer and fewer brands will fit as I literally can't get my hands through the cuff regardless what size the glove is.
Just gone through a quite nice pair of Campag ones after about 6 years that had leather palms and quite thick padding but can't find an equivalent anywhere now. They also had white backs which are a boon for hand-signals (must have been Carabinieri inspired) and a decent snot-wipe on the thumb.
Despite Tom Boonen's claim that real pros shouldn't wear gloves, sods law says if I go out without them I'll have a spill.
