Garmin 810 - Lost OS Map!!!

Hi...can anyone help??I've had Garmin 810 since March,came with 1:50 OS map card and up until now,no problems.But when out on a ride a couple of days ago...went to look at the map on the screen & It had changed over to the Basemap...which for me,is useless.After scouring the Garmin site & speaking to other riders who have the 810...I'm still scratching my head as to how the OS maps have disappeared.The device is fully charged,I've made sure the sd card is in the slot properly etc.The unit is well looked after too.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Have you tried just re-selecting your map option?

    Assuming the set-up is the same as the 800.

    Menu -- Spanner -- System -- Map Information -- Select map.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    Thank You.....Yes,no other option available..only Basemap.810 has no Spanner option on it!
    I've done the Nav. bit...no joy.

    HELP!!!

    Sounds like os map has been deleted from the card.

    Maybe time to get osm maps
