Cheers mate, did run it full rigid for a time when I was just using it to get ti work and back, but I started to like the local trails more. Just wanna get aome nice green bit for it, but want them all the same green0
-
I started a similar way with the c2w,but found riding outside of the commute more fun and took off from there.....The blue/white looks great, shall lookout for the coming green changes.I've gone colour overload on my ride but the end result works for meStill can't wheelie0

Right so a little bit of an update, went down to Coed Y Brennin last weekend with a few mates for a ride round and WOW i was not expecting it to be like it was, loved every moment of being there, even though it did rain for about 5 hours out of the 6 and a half we where out, but anyway onto the update.
While there i came off a fair few times, one which involved my knee dropping onto a rock (OUCH) also the big ring biting the back of my leg, so i went ahead and brought a Blackspire Defender, looks good so far heres a picture..
Also here a few of how the bike sits now, not had enough time to clean her properly since ive got back as ive been busy with Work, hoping to get a few new parts over the next few months!!

Right then bud, finally got around to getting the pictures of the mount for you!! here you go!!
Hope this help you see, if not just PM me and ill do my best to explain!!
Hopfully will have a better update this week aswell ;D0 -
Right then, i said i was waiting for a few small parts and was going to do some tinkering with the bike, i did most of it last night and the new parts arrived this morning, so first for the new parts:
I like getting new shiney parts... next job was to take the stem risers out which you can see on the earlier pictures, which now looks like this (please excuse the messy light cables)
Acctually fells alots nicer that it did with the riser in aswell, just need to look into a new stem with a lower stack height though as the steerer is only just above the second bolt..
Anyway time for a few pictures of the new parts fitted..
May not be to everyones taste, but i like it
People comments are very welcome for other ideas or criticism i dont mind!0 -
Some new pictures to come of the new stem soon, not got around to taking many pictures as ive been trying to get out riding, feels much more solid with the new stem though really liking how it feels!!0
-
Not a bad bike... shame about the owner though :P Just kidding, love you really Dawesy0
-
Wasnt to sure on the grips when they were off the bike but on the bike they look awesome!0
-

James - Cheers mate, they do look alot nicer on tbh :-) next thing too look at is a new frame :-) not got the money yet though0 -
Loving the blackspire defender and those grips! Looks like its a pretty sweet project coming on
I think its all the little things that make it yours, and the set up of parts that you have chosen and how its set for you that is important! which it looks like youve got! Exited to see where it goes! The New Beast GT Aggressor 2013 project

Places i want to visit:
Gisburn Forest, Afan Forest, Holmbury Hill, Forest of Dean, Antur Stiniog, Fort William, Tweed Valley, Cwmcarn0 -
Yeah its all coming along nicely, last main thing to buy is a new frame, looking at staying hardtail with it but changing to steel for strentgh as this frame does seem weak. That will hopefully be here over the xmas break then gotta get her built back up! :-)0
-
