Headset Confusion

I need / want a new headset for my 2007 Cervelo Soloist.

I know it takes an integrated headset but there are just so many different measurments and options that my head is spinning. Why can't frame manufacturers settle on one size within the standard or at least make the relevant information we need available?

Anyway, enough of my ranting, anyone have any idea what sizes upper and lower I need (S.H.I.S if its not too much trouble although I'm sure I can reverse engineer that myself if needed).

Cheers.

Googling says original was FSA IS - it'll be a 1.125" integrated, but you'll need to know whether it's Cane Creek 36/45 degree or Campagnolo 45/45 degree. Easiest would be to take out the bearings and measure them or take it to your LBS.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

Cheers for that, I assume it's Cane Creek as it's a Cane Creek headset in there now.

I'm trying to avoid my LBS as they know less about bikes than I do; Last time I went in to get a Hope BB they sold and fitted an MTB one and then told me that I was wrong when I told them it shouldn't have spacers.
