Ok third time lucky. Let's go for Friday 30th after work (6pm onwards) as it got second highest votes on the take 2 thread.

Please vote for Morpeth or Roebuck both have ample cycle parking / railings and outside drinking. Morpeth has the advantage we can go inside if it gets cold or wet.

One week to vote then it's decided. You can revote.

I'm in. I went for the Roebuck.
  • yes though I'm up early next day for work, could have more at the Roebuck, could wobble/walk home though parks.

I can't vote for some reason - it's showing me the results as though I already have but my vote is for the Morpeth or somewhere else more central, even around Regent's Park perhaps. I doubt I'll be heading all the way out to Richmond and then back in to SE London after a load of beers after a week of work....

I can make it for a swift one around six. Will check here before I make the effort though based on the thread?!
What do you mean you think 64cm is a big frame?

I should be there shortly after 6, hopefully a few others will make it as the EPO sprung on me that she is also going out so I had to haggle to keep my pass.

Hope so. Seems daft for Roger and I to schlep all the way up there when we're in the same neck of the woods out West.
Can people confirm they are going?

I can confirm I will be there.

I am a real man, see. I don't have to ask permission from my wife to go out for beers on a friday after a week at work. Oh no. Who wears the trousers in your house? You should all man up and control your womenfolk.

I asked MrsEKE if I could go and she said yes as she is going out with her mates.

Marvellous, be good to see you.
Great quote from Dennis Thatcher when asked who wears the trousers in their house: "I do of course, but only when she lets me."
