There are a couple of pleasant young folk doing a 10-hour stationary bike ride for Prince's Trust today in Spitalfields. Apparently they are doing alternative hours on the bike, total 5 hours each. They are on a bike on a trainer outside Carluccio's. If you're in the area why not stop by and give them some encouragement and a donation?

For some reason, they are also selling doughnuts, which they acknowledge isn't really in keeping with the activity.
Shut up, knees!

Various Boardmans, a Focus, a Cannondale and an ancient Trek.

Are you implying doughnuts are an animal product? If so, which animal and which part?
