    only if you ate it all the time everyday then yes, probably but on occasions maybe.

    but then again if you are a believer of the twinky diet then if u eat small portions and dont go over your daily cal count you might be fine.

    BBC2 or 4 (I can't remember) at 9pm tonight - somebloke is 'avin a go at the diet gurus. Might be worth watching.
