boardman pro or rockhopper expert ?

was going to Halfords to buy a boardman pro which has a deal on it at the moment at £850 , but local lbs has a specialized expert 2012 in my size at £650 . which one ?

    i have the boardman pro,great bike for £999,bargain at £850. good kit all round on a good lightweight frame .worth the extra £200 imo. better informed people on here than me who will point you in right direction.

    I had the boardman pro till it got pinched. Now got the pro carbon . Both excellent machines.

    well just been to have a look at both of them and the boardman wins hands down ! especially for £850 . ordered
