9 speed wheel with 10 speed cassette

I've got a ten speed cassette, ten speed crankset, ten speed derailleur etc.

Can I fit the cassette to a 9 speed hub? The wheel I'm looking at is

Seems like a reasonable price for a d321 rear wheel...

Thanks, also the frame has 135 x 10 dropouts so I'm not sure if it's the right hub anyway.
