The Lancashire Loop Cycle Challenge has something to suit everyone. Whether you are a novice cyclist and looking for a new challenge, or someone who can easily notch up 50+ miles just for fun, you are perfect for this fundraising event!
This year's Lancashire Loop Cycle Challenge takes place on Sunday 29th September 2013 when we will once again be setting up our registration HQ at Cockerham Village Hall in the heart of Lancashire.
Two circular routes are on offer, each taking you on a beautiful journey through the picturesque Ribble Valley, Bowland Fells and Lune Valley.
The 50 mile route hits you with a few hills to start off with but, once you're past the 30 mile point, it becomes a lot flatter and each year we have many inexperienced cyclists successfully complete the circuit. The 100 mile challenge is geared towards experienced cyclists as you will climb 5,000ft throughout the course.
Both routes are fully signed and on road and you will be supported by a team of back markers, minibuses, a medic and a bike mechanic should you encounter any problems. Refreshments are also available on the route as well as at the registration HQ - so why not arrange for family and friends to come and support you at the finish line as your very own cheering squad?!
Once we hit 200 registrations it will be closed for entry!!
50 mile route - Registration is a non-refundable £30
100 mile route - Registration is a non-refundable £39
Or you can call 0161 798 1600

Registration opens at 7am at Cockerham Village Hall, Lancaster Road, LA2 0EF.
