lights,pump and maybe lock

hi im looking at getting the above iv got £80 online credit could anyone help or reccommend please, lights and pump are the main priority but if theres a lock aswell then great

I got a Blackburn Mountain Air for ten quid. Fits Schrader and presta valves, sturdy (black anodised) alloy build, lifetime guarantee and works well - why pay more.

This could get interesting when discussing lights, but first, what are you using the lights for ? Yes, a stupid question but riding home from work in the late evening or dark night forest riding ?
