Carbon Repairs - Ben Thompson's Cycleworx?

I am now the proud owner of a severed rear seatstay on my Giant Defy Advanced frame and wondered if anyone had used Ben Thompsons CycleWorx for carbon repairs.
Are the reapirs any good? What was the finish like?
Any other recommendations of carbon repairers would be greatfully recieved.
