How much have you seen it for? Spec looks poor for £1000.0

can you reccomend a better bike for around the same price?
thanks0 -
I can recommend just as good for a fraction of the price!

Has pretty much the same groupset, a carbon fork, lightweight too.0 -
Thanks for your help. the bike looks nice but im after something that appeals to my eye, and that isn't doing it for me.
strange how something 500 pound cheaper is just as good. what makes the treviso 2012 so overpriced?
Any more suggestions on bikes welcome0 -
The name 'pinarello' ;-). Granted the frame is nice (but not actually that light, you can get MTBs for that money whith lighter frames).0

i see. so any more bikes you reccomend?0

Depends what you like the look of! Your lookers might be different to mine lol.
The Boardman bikes are always worth a look:

Carbon fork again, but hydraulic disc brakes, yet still manages to be less than 10kg.0 -
That Boardman looks nice. I have the Hybrid Comp, which is lower specced, and it is a good commuting bike. This one can only be better, and the carbon forks should make a difference to weight and comfort. Don't forget that with British Cycling memebrship (£20) you can get 10% off everything at Halfords.Shut up, knees!
Various Boardmans, a Focus, a Cannondale and an ancient Trek.0 -
Now its between these. which have the better specs?

thanks for the reply? what makes this better than the rest? sorry for all the questions my head is spinning trying to find the right bike :shock:0

The Tiagra components are a step above the Sora - lighter, smoother, more gears.0
