Chain length

Evening all,

I am planning to swap my chainset from a 50/34 to a 53/39, and my cassette from 12/30 to 11/28. Any advice on the length of chain I will need for this?

big ring at front, small at back, pull the chain until the two jocky wheels on the RD are at 90 degrees to the ground, cut and connect
