Whistling wheels - normal?

I have recently got a new Felt Z85 with carbon forks and it is my first road bike. I have noticed that the front wheel seems to "whistle" based on (I think) the wind direction and speed. Is this normal? Everything is nicely fastened, secure with no wobbly bits. When I'm riding along it can start whistling just by turning a corner (same speed, same road etc), just a different position relative to the wind.

I haven't been able to get any top40 hits from them yet.

Is it normal even if you don't have aero spokes?

If it feels like air turbulence noise, you've got nothing to worry about... from my sofa it is hard to say what noise they make
