Giant defy 1 bottom bracket problem

Hi there
I wonder if there is anybody out there that can help me.........
I bought a giant defy 1 over a year ago( so the warranty has expired) in that time I have replaced the bottom bracket 3 times and it has just gone again I am not sure what the problem is?
So is there anyone who might know what the problem Is and how I might go about fixing it?

Have you replaced like for like or upgraded the Bb. I had problems on my defy 1 bottom bracket after about a thousand miles, changed it to an ultegra as it wasn't much more and its been fine ever since.0

I think it was replaced like of like as I took it to a bike shop.0

What do you mean by gone again? What are your symptoms?0

A continuos clicking nose on the left and right side when I'm pedalling( up a hill or on a flat giving it a bit of effort) and this is the same thing that has happen with the last 2 I replaced????0
