Post Ride London, getting back to Surrey Quays

I'm in the official car park there, and struggling to work out how I'll get back. If they had one map that showed all the road closures, it would be easy...
It looks like we'll leave Green Park on the north side, onto the A4. TFL seems to suggest A4 westwards, over the river on Waterloo Bridge and then carry on Waterloo Rd. It then goes ziggy zaggy to the Old Kent Rd, then there are more zig zags. I'm not sure if all those roads will be open and if I'll remember all the changes of direction.
Instead, I might go up to Oxford Street, A40, Cheapside and back to the Rotherhithe Tunnel. I think it will be busier and longer but less of a faff. I'm not phased by riding in city traffic normally, but I may not be that good at dealing with it after the big one.
Anyone else going that way, got any ideas?
