Replacement 100mm 29er forks 1 1/8" steerer 9mm QR?

Hi all,
Looking to replace the Rockshox XC28s that came on my bargain 2nd hand Cube Analog with something that doesn't suck! It seems to me there are plenty of 100mm 29er forks out there, but it is fairly hard to find a set that match all the criteria in the title. Are 9mm QR forks with 1 1/8 non-tapered steerers that rare these days?
I'm not looking to spend more than about £300, so any advice welcome.

Manitou tower expert have an rrp of £299 with the pro £379 so could probably get the pro for just over £3000
