Hi,
I'm trying to get hold of one of these for an sti lever. Can anyone tell me what it is called? If anyone knows where i can get one to, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a cable hook. Try your lbs or alternatively Madison are the UK distributer for Shimano so they should be able to help.

Cable hook - i'd never have guessed.

I've learned three new things today... 1) cable hook, 2) crossing gear cables on the downtube for better cable routing round the headtube, and 3) alternate cable routing on the rear mech to make 8 speed shfters work with 7 speed cassette. Who knew cycling could provide us with so much wisdom!!
