Adjusting di2 for large sprocket

New di2 bike won't shift to top (largest) sprocket. As this is di2 do I adjust it via diagnostic box (+/- increment) or loosen a screw? (and which screw!) total newb here.


EDIT:

Well tried diag box adjustment and doesn't work. Hard to spin wheel and adjust as well. Suppose it must be one of the screws then.
